We are excited to announce the expansion of our Supervised Community Living (SCL) program to three new locations across central Iowa, effective April 1, 2026. This expansion allows us to serve more individuals with disabilities who are seeking safe, supportive residential care close to home.

The new locations include sites in Ankeny, Urbandale, and Clive — all within easy reach of community resources, employment opportunities, and recreational activities.

Uni-Hope Life Skills and Services is actively recruiting compassionate, dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Des Moines metro area.

November marks nine years since Uni-Hope Life Skills and Services first opened its doors in Iowa. What began as a small team with a big vision has grown into a trusted provider serving individuals across central Iowa through six Medicaid waiver programs.
