Habilitation Services?

Uni-Hope's Habilitation (HAB) program delivers structured, goal-oriented skill development services to help adults with disabilities increase their functional independence and community participation. Habilitation is about building — building skills, building confidence, and building a life that reflects each person's own values and ambitions.

Each individual's program is aligned with their Person-Centered Support Plan and designed in partnership with their service coordinator, guardian, and care team to target meaningful, measurable progress.
